Joyce Hoffman

Margaret “Joyce” Hoffman, loving wife, incredible mother and cherished friend passed peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side on Monday, April 26, 2021 at age 80. Joyce was a beloved mom, grandmother, coach, mentor and dear friend who was affectionately known as “Joycie, Junior, Mama, Grandma Joyce and Grams”. She enjoyed the beach, golf, tennis, traveling and was a well-respected Real Estate agent in Cohasset and the South Shore. She loved life and was a gift to all who knew her.

Desi Csongor

Frank Desider Csongor, known as Desi to his friends and family, was born March 10th, 1973 in Burlington, MA to Frank and Carol Csongor. He was welcomed into a loving family with siblings Susanne, Diana, Richard and Catherine. He will be forever their baby brother and “the prince”. Jim Gunsalus

James Russell Gunsalus died of COVID-19 Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was married for almost sixty years to Ann Louise King. They lived in East Orleans for twenty seven years and had formerly resided in Larchmont, NY.

Jim was born in Albany, NY on July 16, 1935 to Catherine Louise Gates and Paul Overton Gunsalus. He had two older sisters – the late Suzanne Gunsalus Bakken (Richard) of North Pole, AK and Dr. Catherine Gunsalus González (Justo) of Decatur, GA. Fredric Peter Andersen, age 78, of East Orleans, MA passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 in Boston, MA.

Pete was born December 30, 1941 to the late Frederic and Frances (Newbury) Andersen, and was raised in Cranford, NJ with his sisters Stephanie and Karen. When Pete was a child, his favorite activities were sports, by the time he reached high school he had singled out hockey, football and baseball as his true passions. Charles N. (Kip) Snow, age 88, formerly of Eastham, MA, passed-away on September 16, 2020 after suffering a stroke the previous day. Born to Mildred and Joseph Snow in Middleboro, MA on May 6, 1932, he grew up in Edgewood, RI. Kip attended Proctor Academy in Andover, NH where he developed a love for skiing, and he graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in 1955. Betty Barnes

Elizabeth “Betty/Bet” May Barnes passed away peacefully on September 3, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Born in Wethersfield, CT on February 11, 1927 to Edwin Hyland May and Dorothy Wells Hannum, Betty was predeceased by her cherished husband Carlyle “Hap” Barnes in 2012. She attended Wethersfield High School and graduated from Edgewood Park, Briarcliff Manor, NY in 1946 with a degree in Interior Design.
